MARINE INTELLIGENCE.

There's plenty of work ahead for the Garden Island fleet.

An additional appropriation of $10,000 has been made for the improvement of Oswego harbor.

There are now 2,400,000 bushels of wheat in Fort William and Port Arthur elevators. At this time last year there were over 3,000,000 bushels.
