The str. Glengarry is expected in tonight.

The barge Peruvian is loading wheat for Ottawa.

The tug Hall, with four barges, left for Montreal.

The sloop Maggie L. is in Gananoque loading wheat for Kingston.

The str. Topeka has cleared for Oswego to load coal for Chicago.

The schr. Loretta Rooney arrived from Oswego with a cargo of coal this morning.

The Donnelly wreckers expect to land the str. Ocean in the Kingston dry-dock on Saturday.

The str. Bannockburn will be a month on this trip. She has two large barges to tow and goes to the head of Lake Superior.

The new yacht which Davis & Son are building for Mr. Worthington, of Toronto, is nearly completed and will be shipped to the queen city two weeks from today.

Arrivals at Garden Island, June 21st: str. Armenia and barge Valencia, Lake Superior, timber. Departures: schr. S.H. Dunn, Toledo, light; str. Traveller, Ogdensburg.

General Paragraphs - The steambarge J.G. Nichols landed in Toronto a cargo of damaged freight from the wreck of the propellor Ocean. There were about 300 barrels of sugar and a quantity of rice.

The tug Minnie Belle will take a couple of empty barges down to Ottawa today.

The str. Nile and barge Isis cleared for Ottawa to load lumber for Kingston.

Incidents of the Day - The sloop Dandy is in from Seeley's Bay with a load of lumber for Folger Bros.

Are Hard At Work - There are seventy-five men employed at the Kingston foundry. There is so much work at hand that night and day gangs have to be employed to complete it on time. The men are putting in a new bottom in the steamer Pelerin, which is now in Davis' dry-dock. She will be released tomorrow night.
