p.1 General Paragraphs - The schr. Annie Falconer will get away for Charlotte tonight.

The schr. Queen of the Lakes is unloading coal at the penitentiary.

The schr. Fabiola has a cargo of coal for R. Crawford.


Marine business has taken a rest. There is no grain coming down just now.

The schr. Pilot took a cargo of grain to Miller's at Deseronto and returned light.

The barge Peruvian is loading coal at Richardson's dock for the canal. The coal is stored there.

The str. Columbian will be put on the regular run between Kingston and Montreal on Mondays, beginning next week.

The Clayton Races - yacht racing results, Kingston boats did well - Henry Cunningham's yacht Hustler, Fisher's cat boat Defiance.
