p.1 Will Build A New Boat - The boiler has been taken out of the wrecked steamer H.A. Calvin, which has been cut up and taken to Garden Island. It has been decided by the Calvin company to build a new steamer exactly similar to that wrecked on the rocks at Brophy's Point, some time ago.
Takes Charge of the Boat - Thomas Milne left last evening for St. Catharines, to superintend the repairs to be made to the steamer Melbourne, of which he was recently appointed engineer. On Tuesday evening Mr. Milne received a number of his friends, at his residence, and bade them goodbye temporarily. He carries with him the best wishes of a large circle of acquaintances.

p.1 Rescuing The Ferry Boat - Kingsville, Ont., Feb. 21st - At noon the ferries are still working at the str. Shenango which appears to be hard and fast two miles west of the Dummy on the middle grounds, north east end of Pelee Island. It is reported that the ice is piled fifteen feet around the Shenango.
