The schr. Queen of the Lakes is at Booth & Co.'s wharf with coal.
The schr. Bullock is discharging a cargo of coal at R. Crawford's wharf.
The str. Armenia and consorts, Traverse City, timber laden, arrived at Garden Island today.
The str. Saturn and consorts, Collins Bay, light, cleared for the Welland canal today, bound for Serpent River.
The list of arrivals at this port today was confined to a couple of coal cargoes. Marine matters along the harbor front are very quiet.
It is expected the str. Rosemount will leave England for Canada within a few days. She will load coal at Cape Breton for Montreal.
The life-boats on the str. America have recently been removed to the hurricane deck, and room for about 100 passengers has been gained.
In the Welland canal reports today there was not a single consignment for this port. There were several grain cargoes consigned to Ogdensburg.
