The tug Active, the flagship of the rear-admiral of the M.T. company's flying squadron, is undergoing extensive repairs.
The tug Jessie Hall, Montreal, arrived this morning with the barges Kingston and Montreal. She cleared again for the same port with three barges grain laden.
