The schooner TYPO arrived here Saturday during the heavy squall on the river and not being able to enter the harbor was obliged to cast anchor and ride the sea. She had on board a cargo of 29000 bushels of wheat from Detroit for Rodes, Bill & Co. She was broght to their elevator that evening.
