Vessels Laid Up in Oswego.

Following is a list of vessels laid up in Oswego:

Schooners: Pulaski, Rising Star. Nevada, Senator Blood, James Wasde, Delaware, Leadville, W.L. Preston, Guiding Star, Mystic Star, W. H. Oades, Penokee.

Tugs: C.P. Morey, Elisa J. Redord, Major Dana, S.H. Lyons, Wm. Avery, May Queen, Jason Parker.

Steam Yacht: E.A. Van Horen.

Dredges: Gen. Mead, Giant.

Yacht: Ella, Fascination, Idler, Adelade Vixen, Isabel, Rival, Magic Mystic, Bell Phantom, Blackbird, Medora,

The tug Ishman, now engaged by the government will also lay up here, also the barge Kingsford on her arrival to-morrow and the Oswego tugs F.D. Wheeler and M..J. Cummings which will probably lay up to-morrow. These two are the only tugs now in commission.
