p.2 Incidents of the Day - str. Unique sold to Delaware River Nav. Co.

Feb. 28, 1901

p.2 Tendered For The Work - Capt. Lesslie and diver Matthew returned yesterday from Hayti, where they went some weeks ago to inspect a sunken steamship with a view to undertaking the raising of her. Capt. submitted a tender for the contract and is awaiting word from the company.

p.4 Pith of the News - The marine engineers have declared a strike which will affect about 1000 engineers on the great lakes. The cause is a dispute with the lake carriers' association as to additional help for engineers on steamers.
