New Vessels. The Oswego Advertiser of the 18th announces the launch of the Queen of the West. She is a beautiful vessel of the first class. Mr.Weeks, the proprietor of the West, has another vessel on the stock, which he will launch in a month. Mr. Dobbie of Oswego, has just commenced a vessel of the largest class, to be launched the present season. A new propellor has just been launched by S. Doolittle. She is to take the place of the Vandalia in the Chicago line. There have been five vessels launched at Oswego the present season and two are now on the stocks. This speaks well both for Oswego and the lake trade.
