MARINE INTELLIGENCE.

The schooner Mary cleared for Oswego.

Crawford's wharf: schooner Tradewind cleared for Oswego.

Mooers' elevator: schooner Katie Eccles cleared for Oswego.

Swift's wharf: steamer Van Allen cleared for Charlotte to load coal for Toronto.

M.T. company elevator: schooners Oliver Mowat and Keewatin from Port Hope with wheat and oats.

The sloops Idlewild and Madcap cleared from Rathbun's wharf with lumber for Howe Island and Clayton.

Craig's wharf: steamers Ocean and Lake Michigan, Montreal to Hamilton, called; schooner Eliza White arrived from Charlotte with coal.

Richardsons' elevator: schooners Mary, Laura D., Monitor, Maggie L., from bay ports; schooner Queen of the Lakes from Pelee Island with 17,000 bushels of corn.

The Unique is now in dry dock at Ogdensburg. Her hull is attracting much attention from experts who claim that it is one of the prettiest and soundest on the lakes.

p.4 Argument In Wreck Case - Justice Ferguson is hearing the argument in the case of Donnelly wrecking company vs. J.J. Turner, of Peterboro, owner of the schooner Wave Crest, which broke up after futile efforts by the wrecking tug to reach her. The action, which is for $1,500, was begun at Kingston. [Toronto Star]
