p.5 Incidents of the Day - On Tuesday afternoon next the steamboat captains will have a conference in the rooms of the marine engineers in Montreal street to discuss matters of interest and protection. They want to prevent certificates being issued to incompetent men, and those who secure positions only to have the work done by others.
