TWO MORE FREIGHTERS LOST.

ROME and LINDEN Sink in St. Clair River – Two Cooks Drown.

Detroit, June 23. – The freighters CITY OF ROME and LINDEN, coal loaden, sunk early today in the St. Clair river, opposite Tashmoo Park. Cooks Hardy and Wise of the Linden were drowned. The other members of both crews were saved.
