R. & O. Earnings - world's fair and accidents hurt business; steamer Spartan is being lengthened 25 feet by Bertram Engine Works which will increase passenger accommodation and add 40 per cent to her freight carrying ability.

p.3 Point Traverse - Dorland Dulmage, light keeper at False Ducks, returned home after spending some weeks in town.
