p.3 York, May 20th - His Excellency the Provisional Lieut. Gov. has been pleased to appoint John Warren, Esq. to be Collector of Customs at Fort Erie vice John Warren, Senior, deceased.

Yesterday being the King's Birthday, a Royal Salute was fired by the Field Artillery, and from the Shipping.
