The steamer Ames passed Tuesday night on her way west.

The steamer Aletha was at Swift's today from bay points.

The dredge Sir Richard is at work in Richardson' slip.

The steamer Dundurn was due at Swift's today from Montreal.

The steamer Stranger has been laid up in Richardsons' slip for the winter.

The schooner Burton, which was raised at Picton, has been laid up for the season.

The steamers Nevada and Plummer passed on their way to Montreal on Tuesday night.

The tug Proctor arrived from Ogdensburg with a barge laden with coal for the M.T. Co.

The steamer Business arrived at the Locomotive Works with coal on Tuesday night from Sodus Point.

Early last evening the continual tooting of a vessel gave the impression that a steamer was in distress. Upon investigation it was found that the steamer Stormount, in port, was testing a new whistle.

M.T. Co.'s elevator: The steamer Stormount cleared for Fort William; the steamer Dundee cleared for Oswego to load coal for the upper lakes; the tug Bartlett arrived from Montreal with three light barges and cleared for Montreal with three grain-laden barges.

p.5 News of the World - At Toronto the famous Knapp roller boat, built some years ago, at a cost of $125,000, was sold this morning for scrap iron, bringing $600.

p.6 Gananoque, Nov. 25th - ....The schooner Briton, having unloaded her cargo at the electric light works, pulled out of Gananoque river, yesterday, bound for Oswego. Considerable difficulty was experienced in getting a full crew for the trip.
