p.2 Lieut. Willoughby - We omitted to state in our last number that Mr. Willoughby, of the Royal Navy, who was one of our most active defenders during the late Rebellion, has returned on service to Kingston, and is Lieutenant of the Mohawk. The regret experienced at the departure of Lieut. Davis, than whom there breathes not in Her Majesty's naval service a more noble minded Tar, will be lessened by the return of Mr. Willoughby, who, since his departure in 1841, has been employed on particular service in the Warspite Frigate.
