A Meeting of the Stockholders of the Steamer Sir James Kempt will be held at the office of the Subscriber, on Thursday, the 15th inst., at noon.

HENRY GILDERSLEEVE, Agent.

Kingston, Feb. 12th, 1838.

Died - At New York on the 30th ult. Capt. Thomas Barclay, of the Royal Navy, in 55th year of his age.
