UNDERWRITERS' SALE.

On Wednesday the 6th of November next, will be sold by Public Auction, for the benefit of the Underwriters, at St. Catharines, where she now lies, in the Dock, at that place, the well known

STEAM BOAT COMMERCE,

of 236 Tons Burthen, or thereabouts, lately recovered from Lake Erie, having been sunk by collision with the Steamer Despatch.

Terms made known at the time of Sale.

Sale at one o'clock.
