p.4 Though some ice still remains in the Bay, the navigation has commenced. One vessel sailed from hence on Wednesday last, and we understand three or four have passed up the American channel.

The Schooner Minerva Ann, arrived yesterday afternoon, from York, with several passengers, after a tedious and unpleasant passage.
