p.2 Kingston, March 28th - The Weather since our last publication has been mild, assuming every appearance of an early Spring. On Tuesday last, the ice took its final leave of our Bay and River for the season - and since then we have been gratified with the sight of vessels sailing between this and Long Island. We hope shortly to have it in our power to announce the arrival of steam-boats from distant parts of the Province. [Kingston Chronicle]
