Dissolution - The co-partnership between the undersigned, under the firm of John McPherson & Co., is this day, by mutual consent, dissolved; the subscribers are severally authorized to settle the affairs of the late co-partnership, all persons having demands are requested to present them at their office at Prescott.

The FORWARDING business will be continued by John Macpherson and Samuel Crane, under the firm of Macpherson & Crane, here, and at Montreal under the old firm.

Their Stores and Wharves, at the upper end of the Town (where their business will be transacted) are to be considerably enlarged, and will be convenient for receiving and shipping wheat in bulk.
