Cheering Prospects for Kingston - We learn that the principal Forwarding Houses in Montreal are about to form a union, and that Kingston will be the headquarters at this end of the route. A very extensive business in that line is anticipated during the ensuing season, and prosperity is looking up in this place in consequence, especially the water lots.
