p.3 For Sale - The Dalhousie's Engine, 20 horse power. The Engine is well known as being one of the best in Canada of its size; it is now in perfect order, excepting the Boilers, which require some repair. Also, For Sale, The Boat Iroquois; this Boat, by being shortened, could be exactly suited to the Rideau Canal trade. Terms of payment will be made easy on good security.
