p.3 letter to editor complaining about increased freight rates; using packages of cloth as an example, he shows that the rates are nearly 200 per cent higher this year - signed Fair Play.

Schedule of Tolls - on lumber coming down the River Trent for 1837, following grant from Prov. Legislature of £77,507 for improvements.
