p.1 Destructive Gale - Buffalo was visited on the 22nd ult. by one of the most severe gales ever experienced at that place. All the docks were carried away by the force of the tempest - seven or eight vessels were driven ashore, numerous dwellings swept off, and many of the inhabitants drowned....
