SHERIFF'S SALE.

District of Bathhurst - By virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias, issued out of Her Majesty's Court of King's Bench at Toronto, and to me directed, against the Goods and Chattels of James Simson, I have taken in execution all his undivided share in the Steamboat George Buchanan, consisting of about two thirds of said boat, together with the furniture appertaining thereunto, etc., etc., which I shall expose for sale at the House of the said James Simson, near the Ottawa River, in the Township of McNab, on Wednesday the 4th day of April next, at the hour of twelve o'clock Noon.
