Steam Boat For Sale

by Private Contract.

The Steam Boat Napanee, now lying at Mr. Phillip's Wharf, in Kingston, is offered for sale. She was built in 1836, and has not run more than 6 months; she has been well fitted up this season, and is in good going order. Her Engine is an excellent high pressure of 15 horse power, and propels the boat at about 7 miles per hour.

She is 13 feet beam, 4 feet hold, 80 feet length on deck, and draft 3 feet; will answer for either Bay, Lake, Canal, or Ferry.

Terms liberal, which may be known on application to Mr. John Ellah, Toronto, or to Mr. George Webster, Kingston.
