p.2 The steamer Traveller arrived here this morning from Toronto, having landed at Oswego an officer of the Army, who was the bearer of despatches to the British Minister at Washington.

The Traveller is now in the employ of the Provincial Government, and is at this place for the purpose of taking on board her armament, and fitting up for cruising on the Lake.
