p.3 Died - On Thursday evening last, at about 10 o'clock, Hugh Earl Esquire, an old and respected inhabitant of this Town, aged 76 years.

He commanded the Provincial Navy on Lake Ontario at the commencement of the last War, until the arrival of Sir James Yeo, since which time he has been a resident of this place.
