p.3 Lieut. J.B. Clarke, R.N., is appointed to Her Majesty's Ship Niagara - may success attend him in again embarking in the wooden walls of the Canadian waters.

Office of the K.M. Railway Company,

9th November, 1841.

Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Kingston Marine Railway, a second instalment of 10 per cent on the newly allotted stock of the Company, is called in, and payable at their office on or before the tenth day of December, agreeable to their Act of Incorporation.
