p.2 Niagara Harbour and Dock Company - We have much pleasure in being able to assure the public that the Niagara Harbor and Dock Company have made arrangements with the Bank of Upper Canada for the redemption of their notes now in circulation and that no fear whatever need be entertained by the holders of its notes.
