p.3 Notice - A Meeting of the Stockholders of the Steamboat Sir James Kempt, will be held at the Office of the Subscriber, on Saturday the 12th inst., at 12 o'clock noon.

Kingston, 5th February, 1842 Henry Gildersleeve, Agent.

Notice - At a meeting of the Stockholders of the steamboat Commodore Barrie, held this day pursuant to notice, a dividend of Five Pounds per share, was declared, payable on the 31st inst., at the office of the subscriber.
