p.3 Launch - A new Steam Boat called the Rochester, was launched from the shipyard of Mr. G.H. Weekes on Wednesday last. She is built for the Oswego Steam Boat Company, is 166 feet in length, 22 feet beam, and is receiving a low pressure engine of 100 horse power. She is of the Lady of the Lake's model and designed for a very fast boat, and will be ready on the opening of navigation. [Oswego Herald]
