p.3 Fire at Cleveland - A disastrous fire visited Cleveland on the morning of the 2nd inst.. The warehouse of Standart Griffith & Co., the grocery store of S. Clary & Co. were consumed. The steamboats Cleveland and New England, frozen in at the dock, were in imminent danger, and were only saved by the intrepid and well directed efforts of the firemen. The New England was repeatedly on fire. The warehouse was occupied by Standart Griffith & Co., Forwarders and Commission Merchants; Messrs. Thomas Richmond & Co., Produce Commission Merchants and Forwarders and William Milford, Collector of Customs....
