p.3 Attachment - Midland District To Whit: By virtue of several Writs of Attachment, issued out of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench, and District Court of the said district, to me directed, against the estate, real and personal, of James McKenzie, an absconding or concealed debtor: at the suit of Mathew Thomas Hunter, for the sum of 625 pounds, twelve shillings and seven pence; and at the suit of William Ware, for the sum of 105 pounds, and at the suit of James Richardson, for the sum of 50 pounds, 14 shillings and 3 pence, and at the suit of Joseph Reeves, for the sum of 11 pounds 6 shillings and 9 pence, I have seized all the Estate real as well as personal, of the said James McKenzie, and unless the said James McKenzie returns within the jurisdiction of the said Courts respectively, and put in bail to the said several actions, or cause the said claims of the said Mathew Thomas Hunter, William Ware, James Richardson and Joseph Reeves, to be respectively discharged within three calendar months all the Real and Personal Estate of the said James McKenzie, or so much thereof as may be necessary, will be held liable for the payment, benefit, and satisfaction of the said claims.
