p.2 Died - In Prescott, on the evening of the 14th inst., Capt. Thomas Chambers, late Pilot in the employ of the Hon. John Hamilton.

NOTICE.

By mutual arrangement made on the 22nd day of January, Mr. Charles Edward Dunn withdrew himself from the business carried on under the firm and style of Dunn, Calvin & Co., Quebec; Calvin, Cook & Co., Kingston; and Hiram, Cook & Co., Hamilton.

The said business will be continued by the remaining partners under the same style.
