p.2 The Corporation - "...The Harbour Bill was then taken up, the discussion of which occupied the remainder of the evening....The result, however, was that the last Bill published was rescinded, the first one passed, and the tariff of fees reduced. The Bill, as amended, was ordered to be printed."
