p.2 The steamer Favorite, owned by Messrs. Brown, of Hamilton, was driven ashore on the Peninsula, opposite this city, near the Hotel, in the storm of Saturday night last. She will be got off with little danger. The prop. Beagle was also driven ashore near Presque Isle, on the same night. [Globe]
