p.3 The Regatta - We direct attention to the advertisement in another column, calling a meeting of those who may wish to patronize aquatic sports. We learn that the Regatta will be open to all, which will give our Toronto, Montreal and Quebec friends an opportunity of testing their capability in any thing from a twelve oar to a pair of sculls. We may remark that should the prizes offered not appear a sufficient inducement to some of those at a distance, such persons may be accommodated with either a large or small bye-bet, as may best suit them. In our next we shall give full particulars.

The friends of aquatic sports are requested to meet at Belanger's, on Thursday evening next, at 8 o'clock, for the purpose of making arrangements for a Regatta, to take place at an early day in the Harbour of Kingston. A full attendance is requested.
