Will be sold by public auction, on Monday the 3d April next, the Schr. Ann & Jane, now lying at the wharf of Neil M'Leod, Esq. with sails and rigging, etc. complete.

Said schooner is only two years old, strong built, a fast sailer and carries upwards of 75 tons burden.
