p.3 Packets have began to run between Sackets Harbor and this port, but the Steam-Boat Sophia has not yet appeared. The Bay and River SteamBoat Charlotte, it is expected, will be ready to commence her trips, as soon as the ice shall leave the Bay of Quinte, which it is supposed will be within a few days. The Frontenac is fitting out, and several schooners have sailed for the upper end of the lake.
