p.2 Memorial of the Inhabitants of the District of Gore, and others - agree that a Canal Navigation should be opened between Lakes Ontario and Erie; think it should exit into Burlington Bay; also want a passage from Lake Ontario opened into Burlington Bay; currently no safe harbor in west end of lake in event of storm. The subscribers have in their possession a Boat said to have been found adrift, the owner may have her by proving his property and paying charges.
