p.3 The Richmond Packet, Oates Master, commenced running between York and Niagara on the 6th inst.

Contract for Working Government Scow - Notice is hereby given, that tenders will be received at this Office until Thursday the 3d April next, at noon, from such persons as may be willing to Contract for working the scow and other Boats, Between Kingston and Point Frederick during the present Season.

The conditions of agreement and further particulars may be known on application at this Office. Security will be required...
