p.3 The ice began to break up on Saturday last, and this morning the channel is completely open, so that vessels may enter the harbor without danger.

By Auction - On Saturday the 19th inst. at the wharf of Neil McLeod Esq. at 12 o clock, noon, Two Durham Boats, with Sails, Masts, and Rigging complete, Belonging to the Estate of Ebenezer Shepperd late of Bath. John Strange, Kingston April 1st, 1823.

Notice - Stephen Finchley has established a forwarding business in Kingston instead of Brockville... April 4th, 1823.
