p.2 Address to the Inhabitants of Upper and Lower Canada - 3 columns about the proposed canal between Lakes Erie & Ontario.

A Lantern, containing 9 Lamps, has been placed, by order of the American government, on the Mess House at Fort Niagara, 14 feet above the roof. The light is excellent, and cannot fail to be of great service to the mariners of Lake Ontario.
