p.2 Acts Passed in the Second Session of the 10th Provincial Parliament -

#23 - Burlington Bay Canal Act grants £5000 to complete the work.

#25 - Long Point Light House Act - grants £400 to finish the work and to maintain the Light.

#28 - Welland Canal Act - loans the Company £25,000.

Petition from N.Y. State to Congress about cutting a canal around the Falls of Niagara.
