Steam-Boats - The Niagara arrived here on Thursday, and the same evening proceeded to York. The Queenston made her second trip, upwards, on Monday, and the Alciope leaves this port for Niagara today. The Dalhousie has just arrived from Prescott. The Sir James Kempt and the Toronto will commence their usual routes as soon as the ice leaves the Bay of Quintie.
