#15 - to borrow £2,500 for Wm. Chisholm, Esq. for Oakville Harbor.

#19 - to pay J.G. Strowbridge £2,500 for Burlington Canal.

#20 - to borrow £3,500 to expend on Kettle Creek Harbor.
