p.3 Canada Canals - about money available for Ordnance to work on canals.

The Great Britain - This new and elegant Steam Vessel will leave Prescott on Sunday next at 8 o'clock A.M. and arrive at Kingston about 3 o'clock P.M. She will convey the first division of the 66th Regiment to this garrison, and proceed to York with the right division of the 79th Highlanders. A company of the Highlanders embarked in the Alciope this morning for Amherstburg.
